CST rear spacer lift question

How exactly to the 4 inch spacers for the rear install? Do they bolt in place somehow or do they just sit there and spring sits on top of it and the weight of the truck keeps it in place?

Anybody who has this lift please give some input, I'd really like to know how this setup works.

the spacer will bolt to the top of the frame, usually 1 bolt told it in place.
