i was driving home tonight and i was hearing a ******* sound. So i pulled over and looked around underneath. It turns out the passenger cv jount is loose. It wiggles up and down. Right beside the axle housing. The conection from the axle to the cv shaft. And the joint has play in it.
What am i looking at for a job here? I will be doing both side as the other side boot has a cut in it that we had previously fixed and the diff seals need doing. What brand of cv? RockAuto.com has them for $48 to $75 CAD....Product Detail
What is this Heavy Duty Thermoplastic Outboard Boot in stead of the Neoprene Outboard Boot?
