There is a reason it's hard to find lots of pics of that temperature, nobody wants to brag about it!
Your first post talked about poor OEM output and you wanted a tint of blue. Your kit is going to give poor output and more than a tint of blue.
It will appear bright, in the foreground. The throw isnt going to be all that great. The light spectrum you opted for doesn't do well at a distance. When the roads are wet, it's going to be way worse.
Here is a 5500 Kelvin bulb paired with a 35 watt ballast. It's blue.

I have to disagree; my bulbs are 8000k (as shown above) and the distance I can see clearly and clarity is much better than my stock halogens were. They may have have been even better if I'd gone with 6000k, but they're still a major improvement.-Chris

I like the look of the blue in the headlights and thats all there is to it.
