Dead Ram

I noticed my Ram will only start with a jump, and when idling it will just shut off. When driving al my gauges will flash, and radio will cut off, and will die when coasting. Any guesses? My battery is a yr old.

My old grand am lost the serpentine belt on the highway, had the same symptoms, except it was dark and I lost headlights to lol

Like everybody else, sounds like the alt's gone and it's trying to run off the battery when the alt isn't able to keep the voltage up at idle.
