2019 Big Horn North Edition display was delaminating. Contacted FCA Customer care and was pleasantly surprised at the assistance I got. Even though it was clearly out of warranty they got my info, contaced the dealer, and coordinated replacement. The only thing I did was set the appointment to take the truck into the dealer. I did have to pay labor for the exchange. A couple bucks for not having to deal with everything else and the cost of the display, well worth it. Didn't think it would go that smoothly but worth the try!
