Detailing: Favorite Wheel/Tire Cleaner

I use American detailer F bomb at work and at home. Adams wheel cleaner is also really good. Its like an iron x type product. APC also works well with some elbow grease to get dirt off. Solution is great, but so is Awesome. I use both.

I like the shine supply as well. We use Carpro Peril at work and it actually gives a really nice Mattie shine.

I use the 303 aircraft protectant on all my black trim, switchblade bed cover, interior, and tires.

Ok so to update mine. Undrdog Purps as a wheel cleaner. Tire shine is Koch Chemie PSS. PSS doesn't sling and lasts months.

I clean the rim with Megs Ultimate wheel cleaner, and clean the tire (rubber) with Gyeon Tire cleaner. Spray, scrub with tire brush, dwell, spray off. I sometimes follow with Dawn Power Wash to get the rubber so I know it's clean. Blow the tire dry and apply Jescar Tire and Trim to the rubber.

I'm a big fan of CarPro Pearl, either straight up or at 1:1 in a sprayer bottle. I use a detail brush to brush it on so it gets inside of the all of groves. Being that it's a water-based tire shine, it won't make a mess of anything or brown the tires. However, it doesn't last as long as other silicone type brands.

I switched back to perl because its really cost effective. It leaves just a good even shine.

My favorite wheel and tire cleaner is P&S Detailing Products' Brake Buster! It's super-affordable and gives you great results to clean both the wheel and tire. I've also used it to clean floormats and the wheel wells.

I played around with Carpro Iron x vs Undrdog Purps vs Gtechniq W6 and it beat out Iron X. It and purps are very similar. I am still using perl, it just suits my tastes for end result.

McGuires has a new ceramic for the tires. I really like it, the tires stay clean for a good few weeks and nothing like dust or dirt sticks to them, plus the shine is amazing.
