Got it last night. Probably well into 6 hrs. at this point. No talk to computer. No talk to truck. Keeps saying, error see tech support. Oh the one that isn't open until I'm back at work Monday? That tech support? Until something changes my mind I call big P.O.S.

Make sure you go on their site and get the latest drivers. I did for my trinity. The cd had older versions of all the software needed. Also try a different computer. Also follow the instructions. You might need to install software before you plug the programmer into the computer.

This part was just released last week, so it is normal to have a few bugs to work through. Diablo's tech support is generally pretty easy to work with over the phone, so I'm sure they will be able to get you all setup on Monday.

Well based on initial results I wouldn't run right out and buy one. The idea is to work out bugs with beta testers, not to use your end users as beta testers. I didn't need the GUI and bells and whistles provided by the Trinity. Just a way to get tunes in and data out so I thought this might be a solid alternative. So far I've been proved wrong. Got it from Hemifever. He's been fine to deal with but of course can offer no solutions. So far I've tried it on a windows 8 pc and two windows xp pc's. I'm going to shoot over to work and try windows 7 but I'm not holding my breath. I deal with this kind of software (well not this crappy) for a living so I will figure it out and let you guys know how it works out.

Ok, evidently some one at Diablo was working over the weekend. I've been following their forum over there and a bunch of guys in the same boat. Plugged in per their suggestions and everything worked like it was supposed to. Loaded a 91 tune and it runs much better. Have to work so no time to play. I'm going to flip my tune over to hemifever and let him do his thing. Feeling much better about things!!

Not so fast. Right now the tuner has turned my truck into a non runner. I have battery undone to see if that will do anything, per diablo. If this doesn't do it they want me to send them my ecu and tuner! Say what?

That sounds like similar issues some new 5.0 Mustang Gt owners have dealt with when using the SCT/BamaTuning tuner. Supposibly if any kind of interference happens during the process it screws it all up. Local guy had it happen to him, his car was down for 2 weeks before he got it up and running. I think he did the same, sent in his ECU to BamaTuning.

Well here's how it's ending up. Diablo couldn't reflash my ecu so they sent me back a new one that was ready to go, supposedly. Got home from a business trip last night and plugged it in. Truck started right up but no response to throttle. Oh yeah, that happens. Get it towed to the dealer and have them reflash the etc (electronic throttle control). Right now trucks at dealership and intune just got sent back for full refund. I ******* about 8 hours of my time, my truck hasn't run for a week and not sure if I'll get billed by the dealership or not. Talking on the tech line to diablo sport I really get the feeling they could care less on way or the other. It was a downhill experience from the time I opened the box. Your results may vary. Or not.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. I plan on getting an intune in the future, but i am going to wait until all the kinks are worked out.
