Shut off MDS
Once I have the tuner set the way I want can I disengage from the OBD2
I thought there was an 89 tune so I filled with 89, can I safely run 87 tune for now until empty?

You can run the 87 tune with 89 octane, no problem.

I'd not try running an 89 or 91 tune with 87 octane fuel though.
