diablosport install not so much

My wife tried to get the Diablo started and when she tried to install the d something or other she went through all the steps including install it would just show installing and then after a while it says error occurred and it would not proceed any further. HELP if possible. Thanks in advance folks of much knowledge.

so to help u out- you should try and install it ur self and post up exactly what it says. That way we know what the problem may be.

Was this the initial install of the tuner on the truck?

yes initial install, just got the package yesterday. I may be wrong but I have read others that have had initial problems trying to set up

Fyi. I had to plug it into the computer first and run an update for the latest software.

When installing it into your truck keep the drivers side door open.

If I owned the company ( I had a company and retired @ 47 ) I would send out the units fully up to date from sourcing to save buyers any extra work/grief. I had a young secretary years ago that handled all of my office needs so I never did master the computer, I looked at growing the business and selling so basking in the sun happened before I got all old and crusty.


If you are computer literate you will be just fine.

Wow we could be twins as I also previously owned a company but I retired @ 46 and am also not a tech expert. The funnier part is I'm also 50 ( the thing on here is wrong ) and having two young ladies ( daughters ) at home there is NO basking lol.

But yes knowing I'm not going to just be able to plug and play has caused me to delay this purchase....

I had alot of trouble but that was becaused the server was down on diablos end.
