Diablosport tuner

Had an issue tried to load a new tune to my truck with the diablosport i3 platinum tuner the device some how lost connection and it bricked my pcm good to know and find out holly/diablosport customer service is fast and easy to deal with shipped my pcm and the tuner to them wednesday and had it back saturday they restored factory tune to the pcm wich hopefully i have no issues puting my tune on this time to many mods to run fsctory tune

It's not all that uncommon for Diablo's crappy tuners to brick a pcm.Keep a good sized battery charger or else hook up another vehicle with booster cables and keep it idling,the next time you to go to load a tune in your truck.Doesn't matter if your battery is brand new,keep it on a charger or booster cables while loading a Diablo tune
