Never was able to find the option for turn-by-turn option in the cluster on my RA4. Figured I was out of luck. Was driving today and used the navigation and guess what pops up in my cluster. Guess this answers my question of whether or not it worked.uploadfromtaptalk1430002163481.jpg

I did a reset of my 8.4 once I got the factory bezel wired. Now mine displays the turns in the cluster as well.

What radio did your truck come with? When I go to owner connect there are no via mobile connect options?

It came with the 5.0 radio. Maybe because I opened the Uconnect app and and registered it with the same email as my Moparconnect account? I can only find the app section on moparownerconnect.com when I login on my phone. I tried on my laptop and could not find it. Pretty strange.

I have the via mobile on my phone as well, but not on the radio I guess you just got lucky and the radio did not delete the apps.

I got the firmware right from uconnect site. The main issue I have that the 15.6.1 firmware is supposed to fix is that when listening to FM or XM radio.. it will randomly switch to AM at times for no reason. No worries though.. I'll get it figured out.
Ok, I just noticed something that may point to a faulty radio. If I'm not mistaken your "total unit count" during flashing is 11. I believe it is supposed to be 12 on both the RA3 and RA4. This would point to a faulty module within the 8.4 hardware itself.

The total unit count on my 2013 RA3 is 12 when flashing.

The total unit count on my 2014 RA4 is 12 when flashing.

Unless the consolidated 2 of the modules for the 2015 units I believe this is your issue. The firmware is an all or nothing update.

I've had different numbers of units being flashed when I factory flashed mine before.
One time I only had 4 units and another 11.
When I installed the Customtronix flash is only updated 3 units.

You can discount the customtronix as that is custom firmware.

Indaram, for update 14.25.5 do you see only 11 units?

The firmware flash is not an all or nothing flash nor are they complete firmware packages. They only update the units that are intended for that particular release. I have also seen as Cgerorgemo different counts with different versions.

To be more clear, while they may have different total counts it is all or nothing in the sense that if one module fails to update the whole flash fails. You cannot successfully flash only 3 of 4 units.

This is why I want to know if he's tried it and what the results were with a known total count of units to be updated. i should have made that more clear initially.

I believe you are correct. Harman hardware and QNX software/firmware.

Indaram, I came across something when I was having update issues about renaming the ISO from swdl.iso to a model specific filename. I'm going to see if I can't find that info again. I think it was on a jeep forum...

This is mentioned alot when people buy from LKQ.

Girl felt bad, so refunded me the $365, and I just bought one from another dealer with pic confirmation for $450 and it comes with a Bezel too.

Yeah, it's been my experience that you have to check with them and really question the person you are working with before placing the order from any used parts re-seller. Pictures don't lie so have them send one prior to buying especially pics of the identifying marks.
