SO I bought a really nice looking door.
When I dissembled it .. It's not as nice as it appeared.
When I removed the Mirror there was a split between the 2 upper bolts of the mirror mount Not visitable with the mirror in place. & THE DOOR HANDLE DOESN'T FIT DOWN SNUG under the location where the thumb button is pushed. I can live with that. But whom ever fix this door did a nice job on the dent in the middle It's flat & body line is straight .
... I'm wondering whether to put a strap of flat metal behind this split or Get someone to weld it. They'd have to come to my place & weld it.
