DPF Monitor not ready.

I have a 2015 Ram 2500 6.7 Diesel. I had work done at the dealer and they had to clear all the codes that were present. Once the codes were cleared all the monitors needed drive time to reset. All of the monitors reset except the DPF monitor. From what I have read on this forum and others, the DPF monitor takes a longtime to reset so I was not worried. As of tonight, I have driven 6,166 miles and have 173 drive cycles and the monitor is still not ready. Does anyone have any ideas what could be going on?

What codes if any that are present, what work did they do at the dealer, do you have list of the code they cleared?
