Anyone tell me how to disconnect it at door jam without scraping/breaking wires? Trying to run speaker wire into door.

Take door panel off and snake it through, the rubber sleeve pulls out of door and cab.

I think I may know what you mean.
The other harnesses I can unplug easily and run the wire through the harness but when I try on ds door the harness gives no slack and I'm scraping wires pretty badly

Take off the white plastic cover at the door edge if you haven't already.

Actually it is a black cover held on by torx bits. Under that is the white plastic that covers the wires. I think the white part has 2 halves that un snap. That should help. I taped speaker wire to the end of a wire hanger and carefully fished from the cab to the door. The hard part for the drivers side was the leather looking cover at the kick panel and having to loosen the ebrake plate that covers the wires.
