Ebay grille installed

Went from stock to this gloss black ebay grill. Install was 10min. But I painted the screws on the backside so it took longer. The only thing is the stock grille has the air directors that push the outside air to the rad and away from the overflow and wiper tanks. Going to have to figure out how I make something to do the same. Everyone is doing the raptor style and it’s fine but I wanted something sleeker and I don’t like that there is so much trim on the raptor style around the edge (in the grille area).

This grille is $145 on eBay with free shipping. I paid $0 due to accumulating $151 in ebay bucks so it was essentially free

I like it, Truck is dirty so I’ll snap some pics when I clean it. Also thinking of doing another light bar behind it

Yup! HArd to beat when ppl are paying $250 for the raptor style and it’s not painted.

Haven’t thought about it honestly. Box is quite large and it’s not that light. Plus mine is a lease till January but I’m probably going to be buying it so not sure if I’m interested in selling yet till I know what I’m doing.

Looks good man, I was so hesitant on my ebay "raptor" grill but it ended up being nice as well. Ebay is stepping their game up

Thanks! I like it. I need to make some deflectors for the inside bc it’s going to bug me. Otherwise the whiper fluid motor and other crap will get hit with Rain and snow etc.

I'm on the fence on this one. Such a huge grill that is in your face, it's almost just too much in your face...

yea, it looks bigger in the pics. Doesn't seem that big in person. But I plant to hide another light bar behind it as well as add a custom badge to the front.

I'm interested in running this with a light bar behind it. Like you, I've got the shutters and that's my only concern.

Update. Got around to install a $20 22” autofeel curved lightbar behind the grill. 22” is the max I would go so I still have access to aim the bar with side screws.

I installed and didn’t get to test at night and now I’m spending 5 days in Cali. So hope to get some output shots when I get back. I tested the bar outside at night on a battery and it was bright and had a nice distance beam.
