I purchased the edge CTS 3 for my 2015 ram 1500. I'm a little concerned with an aftermarket headers intake exhaust and throttle body that my truck will run like crap. Has anybody had this issue?

Welcome to the forum. What I've found is that with those modifications, a programmer helps realize all the potential improvements those modifications bring to a vehicle.

Odds are it'll run perfectly fine with-out a tune, but you're leaving a bunch of power/fun on the table by not having a proper custom tune. The email tuners are pretty good, the likes of Ryan Hogan (Flying Ryan Performance tuning) or Sean Powell of Hemifever tuning will be able to pull alot more power from your headers,if they're of the long tube variety,if your headers are of the shorty variety, you won't gain as much
