I had my Electronic power steering go out. I let it sit for two days and when I went to turn the truck on there was no power to the truck at all. I replaced the battery, checked all the fuses and relays and the only thing that turns on are the dome lights and the power locks. I don’t know what else it could be.

Load test the battery and have the alternator tested as first steps.
Preferably using a toaster-style load tester like this one. They're usually about $20 at HarbourFreight.

New batteries aren't always working and require the same test.

Most parts stores will test both for no charge but use a digital load tester that are prone to false positives.

Then the fun of testing & searching for unknown current on the battery after sleep mode starts.

And, welcome.gif to Ram Forum.

Check all the wires coming to the terminals, there have been reports of loose connections. Also remove and clean whatever grounds you can trace back from the battery , maybe you’ll get lucky.
