engine swap

I am wondering if I can swap my 3.7 v6 for a 5.7 hemi
I have a 2010 ram st

Anything is possible, but you have a host of electronic BS to deal with. It would probably be cheaper and easier to sell your truck and buy one with the Hemi. FWIW, I never see any Gen 3 Hemi's at my local junkyard, I see a lot of Gen 2's and there's a lot of LS motors since GM put them in everything.
