Engine wont shut off

I have a 2016 ram 4500 with a 6.4 L gas. The other day i pulled up at home and shut truck off but rad fan kept running. I have been reading on this forum and discovered low coolant would cause that. Added coolant and that is now resolved but on this same day when i shut the fob type ignition switch off the engine will not turn off it continues to run. I had to remove fuse f-22 fuse to kill it. Im not at the truck sorry i dont remember what that fuse is. Could someone help me with what could be the culprit. Please.
