I'm no help either. The bulbs I have in are throwing "bulb out" codes. Mine are the Yorkim T10 bulbs.

Which EVIC (instrument cluster) do you have, the 3" or the 7"? I've seen a few things stating that the 7" may be more sensitive to LED bulbs and I'm trying to collect some data. I've got the 3" and have no issues yet with the LEDs I'm using.

So I took mine out to take a picture, and the resistors were all burnt up! So I clipped them off. They were 100 Ohm 1W resistors, and I’m going to research what went wrong. My guess is that the wattage is too low.

I just went with GotExhaust Morimoto 7440 (Reverse) and 194 (License Plate) and no bulb out warnings. Thanks Nick.

I put some cheap ijdmtoy leds, osram($6) amazon in and zero canbus error on my 13, w/7 inch cluster. Also put some blue canbus leds under dash $8, zero issues. And some led error free backup lights, $10.

I get this from ebay. They work just perfect. No error and they are realy bright. And I buy the amber for the front turn signal. And incredible it work perfect also without resistor and no hyper flash. They cost me less than 4$

In my case I think that I have luck because I know that those trucks are a pita with the lights. I do also Leds in the low beam and no problems at all.

I grabbed some led bulbs from Wal-Mart. No flicker but I get a bulb out warning for a couple seconds after I start the truck. A couple second warning doesn' bother me
