Well I jumped on a good deal 4wheelparts was offering and my 3" PA Body Lift is on the way and an Air Lift 1000 kit! I'm excited even if it won't be installed till middle of next year or a little sooner because I'm on deployment. Still need the Bilstein's front and rear, and I'm doing a 1.5" TGC Spacer in the rear to keep a little rake without having to lower the front down at all, for towing and I like a little rake. Also plan on going with either 18 or 20" Fuel Throttle's on some Cooper STT's 35's for now, till I do some gear's and add the 4" RCX on to what I will have. Just need to figure out the backspacing and offset, that stuff always confuses me, just is greek to me. Just was excited and wanted to share!

Thanks for the support guys! And there will be before during and after pics, the install will happen at my brothers shop he rents he does car work and stuff on the side, so some family time with a few beers and catching up after a year gone will be awesome plus hooking up the truck, there will be the Corsa DB exhaust install and making the tips fit the bumper, and all the other work, plus intake and maybe throttle body. Will be a huge transformation all at once and maybe by then the tuner will be out, LOL! Just had to share my excitement!

You're gonna have a hard time fitting those tips in the cutouts with that bl. I had to use smaller tips so they wouldn't hit the relocation bracket

Cutting those relocation brackets and welding for strength will allow you to keep those large tips tucked ;)

You're cutting about a 1" triangle
Welding the seem will give it the strength.
Plus there is still another bolt or two holding the bracket.

Very simple. Especially if you're a welder.

Im no welder or fabricator and have VERY little confidence it the talent thats available locally. Sort of looked like you all cut out a hole that holds the bumper in its original position? Id be fine to just paint it black and have the tips a little further down or run smaller tips

What size did you use txkid?
