I am planning to replace the stock mufflers on my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. Is Borla Exhaust a good option?

I'm not a huge fan of borla. I've had magnaflow and loved but the guy at the exhaust shop used cheap pipe and rusted off. Now I just replaced it all with a carven muffler

Another for Magnaflow. Depending on your tastes - they have multi chamber for desired roar. I went 3 chamber and love it. Esp helps with cylinder shutdowns

I want a deep roar, I'm not really looking for that raspy sound in the video above, any ideas?

Magnaflow I got mine from advanced auto parts right off the shelf and it sounds awesome not raspy just a nice deep tone that doesn't drone at all and I have a turn down right after it

I got my truck with a flowmaster on it. Didn't use SS so the pipe has rusted out, so I will be replacing. I hear a lot of people saying the flowmaster 40s are nice so I've been thinking of that, not sure. I like a deep roar, mine currently is a roar but not too deep. My neighbor has a magnaflow on his 5.7 and it sounds nice, I have a 4.7 so not sure how it'll sound.
