so i want to lift my truck however most the lift kits i find are 5 or 6 inch and thats just too much for my short 5'4" wife lol. so my questions are is there a 3 inch lift? if so where can i find said lift. also where can i find beefier upper a-arms cause mine are stupid thin and feel like that **** will break easy. or would it just be better to do a solid axle swap? if i did do that what would anyone recommend for the springs and shocks for the front end?

You plan on wheeling in your truck? Ramping it? If not, your upper A arms are fine.

And there is a 3" body lift.

Rough Country has a very wide range for you. Body and suspension. I would check them out. Also low prices.

I think there is a 4" suspension lift...I think. BUt its only a couple hundred cheaper than a 6".

Go with a 6" suspension and a step stool for the Mrs.

i believe rough country has 2.5" suspension lifts and 4 in suspension... 4 in will give you a better look and your wife will be able to still get in with no problem.

Yea I saw the 4 in from rough country and will prolly go with that, as for the 2.5 I didnt see that one. Or i may just save up and put the 4 in bsd suspension lift.

I found the 6" allows me to be chivalrous and help my 5'2" wife get in the truck. Plus gives me an opportunity to cop a feelski :********:

might work to your advantage!

Congrats on the Baby! We have a 10 month old. Another issue is my wife has trouble lifting the baby carrier high enough to get it in the truck but she manages. She loves driving it we refer to it as the urban assault vehicle.
