I finally managed to get the lift installed. I am extremely happy with the results.

Bilsteins 6112 kit up front
Bilstein 5100s in the rear
Zone UCA's
Maxx links
Timbrens
I did go with Borla Spacers. I like the factory wheels and plan to keep them for a while.
The tires will have to wait since these are new AT3W's. Once they are worn out I am gonna go up a little in size. I think I can fit 285/70s without any rubbing

Looks great!
You could stuff LT295/65R20's on there (equivalent to 35's).

That's how it starts. Give it a year, then it will be a 3.5inch lift with 35's and then on to a 6 inch lift. Ask me how I know.
I already went crazy with my silverado 2500. This one is my daily driver so I wont go too wild.

I do have a mild vibration after 65mpg so will look into getting that sorted but its not as bad as what I had in my Tundra.

You are correct. Took.some measurements today. I think I can fit a 305 with just a smidge of rubbing.
I'd be very careful with that width if you're planning to mount directly to the hub.
My 295's have, MAYBE, an index finger's worth of width between the UCA and the inside tire sidewall.

A smidge of rubbing on the UCA with the inner sidewall will cause you more than a smidge of issues ;)

Are you running factory UCAs? I had the Zone brand installed
Zone UCAs have even less clearance due to being way overbuilt. You mentioned bora spacers though so you’ll probably be fine, what size are they?

I am, as I've only got my 5100's set to 2.1" raised on the fronts.
My summer LT295/65R20's fit perfectly with zero rub (no spacers either), and there's about an index fingers worth of clearance between my UCA's and the inner tire sidewall.
