Good for you, have a safe trip, Stay away from I-15. That must have been a zoo yesterday. My wife and I were going to go to Lone Pine up 395 yesterday, but couldn't glad we didn't.

Maybe I am wrong ( I have been known to be wrong before) I would not put Pennzoil in my ex-wife's car or my worst enemies vehicle much less my own. My Uncle had a Service Station from shortly after WWII until he passed away in 1978. I he always told horror stories of what Pennzoil would do to a motor,(sludge) he always swore by Richfield Oil Boron Products.

I grew up working in a Chevron Oil Co. Gas Station, and I have never used Pennzoil Products, but there again that's just my opinion. I use Motorcraft Synthetic-Blend in my 95 Ford, In my new truck I will use Shell Oil Synthetic. Or what ever the dealer puts in it, but No Pennzoil :favorites68:

Yes, you heard right all the bad things about pennzoil BACK IN THE DAY.

Today, pennzoil is absolutely the best off the shelf commercially available motor oil out there. This includes their conventional and synthetic oil.

Oh yeah! Our sin is in Hawaii staying at my parents for two weeks. Luckily we got our Vegas getaway done coil,e weeks ago. We were watching the fire on Cajon Pass on Friday and said to each other it was good we weren't going to Vegas this weekend.

We leave for Montana on Aug 13th and will head out at 1:30am straight through to Missoula. It's only us and some tractor trailers on I-15 at them time of morning. It is truly a <4 hour drive to/through Vegas at that time of morning.
