General - is it setting any codes? With all that going on you would think it would have a CEL on or something. This whole turn the key and wait for it to start thing is weird to me. I miss my regular truck key.

I'm switching dealerships for service as well. Day one 41mile on the odo knock sensor code, got to the dealership at 5 and was told it would have to come back the next day. Part of my purchase agreement was to get a spray in bed liner, hitch, and tires turned blackwalls out. Truck spent all day at dealership for the hitch and liner and tires didn't get turned. Hitch wasn't a mopar part, but still up to specs. Next day tires turned but balance was terrible. Noticed my headliner was messed up, so new headliner was ordered. Next day returned to get tires balanced. Tires still not balanced correctly. Spent $40 at discount tire. Guys at discount tire said they didn't have any clue what the dealership was doing when they tried to balance the tires. Still waiting new headliner, but I sure wish I would have taken the truck somewhere else for the headliner. I mean if you can't balance my tires I don't want you touching anything serious. I guess the other dealership close to me will honer the two year maintance deal??
