Fitment of 305/55/20 question

Found a good deal on some Nitto 305/55/20 tires, wanting to know if I can put them on my 06 SLT 1500 2WD without lifting or spacers. I have DIP D11 Rims that have a +12mm Offset, 5.25" Backspace. Thanks!

you will probably be fine, a level would probably help though
