Fix for faded oxidized Bumper covers

Since you have the product on hand, could you try ot on a half a tire, or a small area?

Here is a pic but since its wiped on it hard to do ruff surfaces. look at the smooth spot under the B. I used a paper towel so ignore the white specs.

it did clean the tire though. i guess the spray kind would do better on tires
