Flexplate Question?

How do you know when you need a new Flexplate? My truck under Wide Open Throttle feels like it's leaving a lot on the table, TQ dosent feel like it's fully engaged. Not sure whats going on, any ideas?

How do you know when you need a new Flexplate?

Vibration, grinding or other strange noise when starting, rattling sound or growling sound during engine idle coming from the area between the engine and transmission.
