From Spacer level to Bilstein's, is something WRONG?

So the first picture is of my Mopar spacer level kit, tire size is the same 305/55/20's. I liked the look of how the wheels "fit".

The 2nd picture, bilsteins set to 2.8, work was just completed a few hours ago, I figure there is some settling to do but how much? I feel like the tires look very tiny now. Should I go to an alternate setting and still be somewhat level?

The shop also noted some things (3rd pic), I was wondering if any of you have experienced them: They stated they were having problems getting the Camber adjusted because of height setting of 2.8 on shocks? Has anyone experienced that?

I appreciate any feedback you have, I will say the ride felt dramatically different with these 5100's on, it was a completely different ride.

As stated they may have assembled them wrong. I have see it happen a few times. Take a picture of the shocks installed.

Those cv angles look horrible. Maybe just the angle of the camera. But something looks wrong

That would be an incompetent shop if they installed the spacers AND the bilsteins. I doubt they could even fit them both in there. As far as the alignment, they wouldn't be the first to have trouble getting it done on the 2.8" setting. You can try having another shop look at the alignment, or just drop it down a notch.

When I took these pics, I just rotated the wheel all the way to other side so I can get a good shot of the shock. I will take some new ones in a moment. I will also check the boxes to see if the spacers are in them. Thank you all for your input. I will update with pics

The bottom spring holders seem to be fine. In many cases they are installed upside down. It is hard to tell for sure in the pics but as long as the top of your spring is seated properly they look fine. I have mine set at 2.1 and my truck has a slight rake about a 1/4" with no rear spacers. It does seem like your truck is sitting pretty high though. How does the truck ride? Do you hear any noises or have any vibration?

@ricksram, no it seems to be riding very smooth, no vibration or noises, it is actually quite nice but the weird height look was bothering me. I tried to look at the tops as best I could, I def don't see the spacers in the boxes of things they took off the truck which scares me a little. The spacer should be at the top of the strut in the housing, correct? from the bottom I can't tell. Is there a better way to verify?

Your spacers have to be in there still! Did they give them back to you? Your axle angle is huge! You need to go back to where he had them installed and make sure they did not leave the spacers in there. I would not even drive it this weekend, just to the shop. One wrong bump and your going to jack something up!!!

Can you see your old spacer on top of the strut?
There is also a silver lower sleeve that could be upside down making the lower coil mount higher.

So here is a pick of one of the removed front shocks. It looks like it is all there and just the rubber bumper on top, so I am almost certain now that somehow the have the mopar kit still in there and installed the bilstein's with it?? What kind of concerns should I have about ball joints and any pressure that may have caused? I am pretty sure I am going to make them replace everything it could have potentially damaged.

If they left the spacers in there probably won't be any damage if you don't drive it. If they did leave the spacers in the main thing you need to check is your upper control arms to make sure your ball joints are ok. As I said you caught it quick if they did actually leave the spacers in you are probably fine. I would try not to drive the truck and make an apt to see them ASAP. If they were not familiar with your truck and leveling kits they may have just assumed the truck came with the spacers and reinstalled them when they put in your Bilsteins. Good catch on your part to notice. Let us know how it goes.

In this pic you can see the top of the coil. It should be buried up in the housing.
