Well it was +5 today so I got it done finally. Had to cut down the tool I made since no one around here had long enough m14 bolts in stock FFS.
So im pretty sure I either smoked to much weed or drank to much beer when I did my cam swap. Somehow the seal got pushed back out while installing my timing cover. lol... NOTE to self! Don't try to install the crank seal before putting on the cover... lol...
While I was under there I retorqued my oil pan bolts. was able to put 1/2 turn on some of them lol.
Once again the 1/2 Milwaukee impact saved the day !
Thanks for posting this, and that looks like a perfect tool. I just finished installing this seal on my 6.4 swap, and was wishing I had something better than a 2" 3/4" drive socket...
