Decided I like the chrome projectors better, as there is nothing else black on my truck.

They will only plug and play IF the truck was already equipped with OEM projectors. Otherwise You need a harness from Retroshop here...

They will fit I'm assuming your truck didn't come with the projectors just like mine
All you need is the harness from jj retro shop for +13 years stated above its $135.

I took my new headlights and harness to a local light shop, and they took care of the rest with no issue they work and look great now.

So yes they will fit.
