2018 3500 laramie longhorn dually. We just bought this beast/beauty in January. My wife filled it today then later put in some additive. A couple of minutes later she noticed fuel dripping on the floor. I got under the tank and the filler tube was covered with gunk and there was some fluid dripping. I wiped it all down, but couldn't see anything that looks like a leak. Anyone see these leak?

Did she use the funnel with your jack under passenger seat if not it is difficult to get any additives in there maybe she spilled a bit, and it went outside the neck and that would drain on the floor.

No, she did not use a funnel. I didn't know there is one with the jack, have to look now. Thanks.

^^^ this
With the diesel capless fuel filler there is two sets of flaps with a drain between them, if she didn't use a funnel the additive most likely spilled out of the drain between the two sets of flaps.
