Got an email from factory mopar today

I assume this replaces the star scan but if its available to buy for customers wouldn't you still need the sale codes to do any flashing? Not sure what the deal is but here is what they sent me. Has anyone seen this or know anything about it?

You still need the program. I had a StarMOBILE but no program, so I sold it on ebay.

WiTech purchase only - A dealer must install program onto a laptop.
Witech Updates are done by a dealer or you can send the laptop to us for the update - Cost $150

So on their page it has the option to buy the programmed laptop. Does that mean if you pay the extra $700 you will have full power like the dealer?

NM i think i got it figured out but i guess what i should say is after sending the laptop in for the program does that give you full dealer capabilities?
