Got my S&B intake and Catch Can installed

I received my S&B CAI and Billet Catch Can from Moe's Performance. Took me about 2 hours to install everything, but I'm super slow!

I know. That's the on place I neglect the most! Maybe on my next purchase of Adam's products, I'll get some Undercarriage Spray and clean it up!

Looks great. I'm glad they made it in time for the weekend. Out of curiosity, did you have to bend the AC line bracket on the fender, or did yours bolt right into place?

Didn't really bend the a/c line, although it might have unintentionally bent as I bolted it back in place. I did have a hard time bolting the box into the factory holes. Took some work, but I have a harder time replacing OEM parts on other vehicles. So I can't complain too much. The instructions to the catch can could be a bit more explanatory. It kind of seems to assume the installers know exactly what and where the pvc is. All in all, it was pretty easy

I appreciate the feedback. I will relay that to BT about the instructions. I need to take a look at their instructions again to see what they show.

I think every manufacturer needs to take some advice from S&B when it comes to install instructions...Full color and very detailed making them very easy to follow.

I agree S&B even sent spare parts for the wheel well peices in case they brake.

BT sent plenty of length of hose fir the catch can, which is good. I ended up cutting one of the hoses shorter in order to fit better.

I just drove the truck with the new parts and I'm very happy with them. The intake gives my otherwise bone stock truck a very deep throatier sound during acceleration. Now I can't wait to hear how the truck will sound with a bored TB and muffler.

Glad to see that you and I are on the same page as I also did the same install today and also installed Moe's 87mm tb and Magna flow cat-back system, I did not get around to installing the y pipe as I feel I need to have a shop to weld that in place for me and I will add the scoop to the cai tomorrow as the light was failing, all the work done out on my driveway, and all bought from Moe's, busy day but worth it. Last week I installed a Westin bull bar to the front and I think that it looks great .

I ordered an S&B from Moes yesterday. Already have the Catch Can. Can't wait to get the CAI in and install it. I also had new tips put on the truck yesterday, which gave it a deeper, meaner tone. Looking forward to seeing what the intake does to it.

I didn't notice any tone change when just revving it in the driveway, but when I took it out for a drive, you can definitely tell a change in tone. It's much deeper and has a nice growl. The throttle response seems slightly better as well. I'm very happy with the CAI and the service from Moe's
