Ok. So when I turn the knob to switch between face vents defrost and so on, where does the signal go? My a/c is blowing out all vents and I have to fix it.

Blend door is a heat issue, that isn't his issue. His issue is the modes.

Go for the check valve in your engine bay first. Passenger side of the engine. Vacuum lines that go into the firewall. Provides the vacuum for the doors. That's most often the problem. It's common

Vacuum line is probably the problem then. I have quite a few of them that are dry rotten.

Checked the lines under the hood, everything seemed fine. No leaks or collapsed areas. Next would probably be to check behind the dash. Or more simple solution, ignore the problem, right?

If it's not a vacuum line, the check valves may be bad.

Any way to check it for damage or anything?
