Hub rings. Xd wheels are usually a 110 center bore and the truck is 102 or something like that. You need some rings

Looking like truck hub bore is 77.8mm but i am not 100%, wonder what these wheels are.

EDIT: Just got an email back from place I got wheels. They think its 108mm but is going to check with KMC in the a.m. But he also said he thinks they are lug centric. Which now comes back to balancing. If they are balanced on a machine w/ a cone by the hub hole as opposed to the lug holes that could be the issue. WTF i just want my truck to run straight down the road like it did before (without having to put stockers back on).

Edit: Holy crap...ok 5 min more of research and still looking like hub rings are the solution.

You need hub rings. No question. Forgot the measurements but I have some I can look at tomorrow.

Hub rings huh? This is a new one for me. How does this work?

Hub rings take up the space between the rim and the lip on the hub. You can get the wheel on straight and drive for a while til you hit a pot hole and then you have a vibration

I appreciate that. I gotta get these wheels off the truck until I can get some rings to avoid any major damage. Gonna hit Cassidy Tire first thing in the morning.

No sweat man. Don't know why they don't just seek at the time of purchase. I have to ask all the time.

yea hub rings are cheap at any tire shop, most trucks ive dealt with dont get a vibe from not having them. the main ones i deal with are cars that the customer says is shaking at 70+ mph, but definitely check that out and see if that fixes your problem

Stopped in at Cassidy Tire, they won't touch hub rings. Supposedly it is an insurance issue. Which means I need to figure out what size i need. I'll get confirmation today on the wheel bore, i think it is 108 and I somehow have to fingure out what the hub is on the truck. Can't really get a straight answer online. Might call the dealer but they never seem to have the answer to these types of questions.

EDIT: Dealer doesn't have a clue. Why is it that the dealers don't really know s**t about what they sell?
