I have a 2017 RAM 1500 with Alpine Nav. Under phone it is locked & says "Hands Free Module Laoding". Anyone ever replace the module to fix it? Does it involve programming once a new HFM is installed? Out of warranty and dealer is a hassle. Does anyone have the correct part number? Soft reset doesnt work anymore. Voice recognition never worked either. Rest of radio works. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

There isn't a seperate module, it's part of the radio. You likely need to replace the 8.4 unit or send it in for repair at NavRepair or United Radio.

I replaced the head unit. None of the other things worked. (I have RA4 unit) Good luck.
