Has anyone ever powder coated the front end knuckle?

I’m still waiting on a couple more parts to arrive. I’ve got the entire front end removed. I did a very thorough job of rust removal, priming with rust reformer, then black satin finish paint. I also use the Eastman internal frame coating, after blowing the whole thing out with an air compressor. That’s a good product!

I will probably put fluid film on everything later.

I did a thorough job cleaning up both of the knuckles. Has anyone ever had these powder coated? Obviously except for the area where the wheel hub goes. It’s a 2015 big horn.

Never have but I'm sure it would work. As far as day to day coatings that you can actually find, that will be one of the better options.

Lots of the Sema trucks have everything underneath powder coated,so it is feasble if you have access to a powder coat gun and oven.As stated by RZR,it'd be one of the best options for protecting the suspension components from rust.
