headers and exhaust questions

well I bought a 2014 rt ram 2 weeks ago, and have been buying up stuff like crazy for it. on my 11 ram I had a cat back flow master American thunder kit and love the sound and performance I got from it. so naturally I would look into that, and found one for 550, but then also found a cat back corsa for 450. kinda a tough choice on which to get.


secondly my state demands I have a catalytic converter for inspection, I guess that means no long tube headers, so which shorty ones are worth their salt ? bbk or jba or flow tech ? I honestly want the longs but cannot think of a way around the cat thing

As long as you are not in CA, you should be able to pass your inspection with the ARH longtubes that come with high flow cats. With custom tuning, we can disable the occasional check engine light that you sometimes get with high flow cats, so that is not an issue. The computer will show that everything is good, and you will have cats on the truck.
