Headers question

I talked to my dealership about long tube headers, and he said it would invalidate the warrantee if the factory found out. He was willing to do the installation, but wanted me to know the potential down side in case the engine needed warrantee work down the road.

The dealer isn’t the one who says ya or nay for a power train warranty claim. It’s the power train warranty centre.

I can’t see why anyone would deny a claim based on headers. I’ve never seen a claim get denied for any exhaust mods.

Put a CAI on and it sucked up a bunch of water? Then ya, they likely wouldn’t warranty it.

they sure will warranty it if you put the mopar CAi on and the dealer did the install
