so I had some bodywork done on the passenger side front fender on my 18 tradesman. The shop removed the headlight assembly when they painted. When they put the headlight assembly back in, none of my lights work except the parking lights. I’m getting a rh side high beam out message, both turn signals out message, and a parking light out message. Any ideas before I’m forced to head to the dealer?

They probably didn't plug something back in. You would have to pull the headlight out to check though. That also involves pulling the grill unless you have socket extension long enough to get to the lower headlight bolt

And, if you don’t want to mess with doing that yourself, take it back to whoever did your body work, not the dealer, since they apparently didn’t finish the job by putting everything back together correctly.

Like Jimmy07 said, take it back to the bodyshop. It's on them the fix it.

Both connectors are similar. Low/high beam and parking/turn signal. Maybe they connected wrong.

Hello New Ram Owner,
We are certainly sorry to hear about your most recent experience. As our team is not technically trained, we are unfortunately unable to speculate regarding your concern. If you decide to take your vehicle back to the dealer and are interested in further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us privately.
