Headlight issues

I have a 2002 ram 1500 with 5.9 passenger headlight don’t work on low beams and drivers side on high beams I’ve replaced the bulbs switch and checked wiring still no fix

2002? Check the relays. Keep in mind even if you feel the relays click it doesn't mean they're making contact.
