Headlights adjustment

Is there an individual adjustment for high and low beams or just one adjustment for both ? I put the alpharex headlights in and need to adjust.

Do not try adjusting without a wall or something in front of the vehicle
Make minor adjustments

They are tied together. There is no individual adjustment for them.
