I think I found it. With that grill it looks like a 68 Newport.

Someone removed the Chrysler badging across the front of the hood.

I would guess also polaris, Monaco, new yorker. It does have some unique styling que's. But it could be a restomod

I googled all the early chryslers as well as plymouths n dodges but the pics weren't nearly as good as yours!! Chrysler was the only one close to the same roof line and side body lines
