I can get the Hellwig Sway Bar kit (Part#7883), for trucks lifted 4-6", for 225 shipped.

It's a pretty decent deal.

Would this make a huge difference for my lifted Ram 1500?

It’s all personal preference, do you notice body roll now? If you do then yes you should notice less body roll with the new sway bar.

Not entirely sure what to check for when you say body roll. I do know I get some wheel hop now when it gets wet out. I believe some control arms and a panhard bar from Core 4x4 would probably fix that

Do you notice the truck leans a lot when cornering? I am used to a “Planted truck” and my 1/2 ton has a ton of body roll compared to my previous 2500.. some people don’t notice it, but I do.. a new rear sway bar would help cure this.
