Type in "Ram + your airbag code", lots of info comes up for each. Per a quick search:

Code B002113 THE SQUIB FOR THE LEFT WINDOWBAG/HEADBAG HAS A MALFUNCTION. THERE IS A OPEN CIRCUIT
Code B002813 Right-Side-Seat-Deployment-Squib-Open-Circuit
Code B002013 Left-Side-Seat-Deployment-Squib-Circuit-Open

"The squib is the component within the air bag inflator that begins the deployment process. If the squib is generating a DTC error code you must replace the airbag in question."

Was this truck recently wrecked or repaired? Hard to say exactly what the problem is w/o digging in. Some possibilities could include:
1) Loose connectors or damaged wire from airbag module to airbag. Somewhat unlikely since there are multiple ...unless you just got the truck back from a shop.
2) Damaged or faulty module
3) Faulty airbags

It's possible unhooking the battery cables for a while 15 min(?) or more, wiggle and inspect the airbag fuse/s, then re-connect batt cables, could reset things. Generally, the steps a dealer might possibly take could include hooking up a scan tool to note if the wiring showed 'intact' and if the module showed 'good'. They might inspect the connectors for the airbags (that involves removing interior panels, maybe the seats, center console and carpet too). They might need to replace the airbags.

Some people have mentioned there are airbags avail at online auction places. There are online places which bodyshops use that can inspect and/or reprogram airbag modules. The airbag system is one that needs great care to work on b/c there is the possibility of inadvert deployment -- technicians have been killed by the sudden deployment in their immediate proximity. It usually involves taking apart the interior. That sounds like a lot of work but for shops and dealers that do it a lot, they can dig in real quick. There might be some airbag debug videos, IDK.

You should get it to the dealer or repair place asap because in it's present state the airbags won't deploy. If a passenger were to get killed it's possible a negligent owner could be liable.

Good luck
