How many miles do you have right now with no issues with the engine. Just curious - easy just add the year and hemi size and current miles. If you have issues list them -

2014 5.7 with 73k -
Replaced purge valve and Gas cap for evac code.
Replaced 2 broken bolt exhaust manifold that caused ticking.
Replaced 1 broken bolt exhaust manifold opposite side (a few thousand miles later)

*exhaust manifold was fixed under powertrain warranty since my warranty was out.

(None engine related but thought I note it here - Front passenger shocked leaked and replaced.
A few thousand miles later same replacement shocked leaked and had to replace again.)

2009 5.7 Hemi 155K miles...I have owned the truck for 2 years, and no engine issues since I have owned it. Engine runs quiet, and really strong!

2015 5.7 RCSB, with 21,062 miles. No problems, however the Whipple whine bothers the neighbors sometimes.

My 2016 1500 had a 5.7 and 72,000 miles when I traded it in the beginning of 2020. The only issue I had was the water pump being replaced around 25k. The truck towed and pushed a 7'6 Fisher HT plow, so the truck worked hard in summer and winter. I had some hemi tick and fed it dealer supplied full synthetic oil changes.

My 2019 2500 6.4 has 4500 miles on it and no issues yet.
