Hemi Engine Build Help

So how much HP can the stock lower end hold? I'm going to rebuild my Hemi and looking for internals advice. 3 pistons are shot. Planning on punching it .030' over. Plans are a forged pistons, bigger cam, improved valvetrain, ported & polished heads,long tube headers & intake. While the engine is out I'll slide in a new torque converter(suggestions?). What parts or brands are recomended?

As far as the bottom end goes my build was through Inertia and I ended up getting a forged 6.1L crankshaft, CP-Carrillo bullet pistons and Molnar connecting rods. A lot of guys here have gone with Edge torque converters. Other than the crankshaft which was used I thought all my stuff looked like it was high quality.
