Well guys I couldn't stand the raspiness and rattle that the Cherry Bomb Extreme was giving me after I had the Longtubes installed. So I went and swapped in a 14" Magnaflow today. I'm kind of liking the new sound but I'm hoping it will get a little more throaty sounding as it gets broke in some. Let me know what you guys think about it.

Nope single 3" pipe from the Y-pipe to muffler and then factory tail pipes to the resonators and factory tips.

I'm really liking the headers. The power boost was really nice. It got a nice kick in the pants all through the RPM range.

No we used the y-pipe from JBA and bolted it up in place of the factory y-pipe. Bolts up dust like factory parts. Except the nice and pretty stainless steel headers hanging down below the frame rails

Sweet I'm gonna go with the flowmaster super 10 but still ain't made my mind up if I wanna true dual it or just stay single pipe I think it will help with backpressure to stay single since it's such a short muffler

If I'm thinking right that's what the cherry bomb extreme essentially is. I loved the sound of that muffler before I had the headers installed. But after the headers it sounded like some ragged out 80's ford with straight pipes.

Oh yeah. You got to excuse the wife guys. She's not quite used to revving a vehicle up to hear it. Lol.
